I was typing along as I was earlier and my word got screwed sideways and I got locked out of my document. Now after a few, OK a lot, of ugly words I finally bit the bullet and contacted customer support. I'm talking the kind where you're typing the question and answer thing with someone God only knows where.
To top it off it is with Microsoft. I have to be honest I'm not a big fan of that company and I went into this with a rather negative attitude. What did I get? Was it someone who talked to like an idiot? Did I get a nasty tempered person who was having a bad day? Did I get a moron who had no idea what they were doing?
No to all of them. I managed to get in touch with two of the nicest young people you could imagine. When one couldn't help me he made sure to get me over to someone who could and fairly quickly. In the meantime he was pleasant and let me know he was still there. The second was a delightful young lady who was a joy. She quickly, I must say she got a little lost at one point but that had to do with my crazy laptop and not her, got to the problem and fixed it.
So here is to those two wonderful little angels and I thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Angelo and Rowe you are both awesome.
