Well since I haven’t posted on my website since last March, at all. Where do I start? I started looking for a new house back in January. I finally found one the middle of September. Closed on it October 28. I’ll be lucky to get moved in sometime in 2022. A lot to be done and a lot to move. This might not be so bad for most and not take as long but when the new place is a little over two hours away, there’s issues. Add to that, we’re trying not to sell one place, not two, but three. All paid for by the way. That does mean however, there’s a lot of shit to figure out what the hell you’re going to do with everything in those places. I can’t even begin to explain how much smoke residue is on the walls of the new house. I think someone who lived there didn’t smoke a pack a day but a pack at a time. Don’t get me wrong, the house is great. I love it. There was just someone who smoked, a lot, who lived there. It just means that every surface has to be scrubbed down before we can start painting. No, not because it is totally awful, just not me. The one room that I really don’t have a big issue with as for as color is what is referred to as the red room. I hate red walls. I mean, what? What nut case paints a room red? Well, unless I find something wrong with the walls that room will stay red. I love it. I’ve been in other red rooms and I hated it, but this one just works. So, red it is. Now this isn’t all. While going through the whole house hunting thing and all that goes with finding one, I’ve had several other battles to fight. This has been an eventful year. Yes, there is more. A couple of these things I can’t go into yet, only because it involves someone else and that person hasn’t gone truly public with that information so I’m keeping my mouth shut, or in this case, my fingers of certain keys. Sorry. I am finally back to writing, yeah, go me. One of the prequels to the Blood Lines series is well in the works. For those of you who have read Blood Lines The Curse, you’ll get the part of the story behind of the oldest grave in the Devan portion of the Staten Hill Cemetery. I’m also working on another book of short stories, actually the stories will be six novellas called ‘Rings of Darkness.’ I’m really enjoying that one. I’m going to close this now and try to get some rest. Got some big news today and my head is still spinning. No, I’m not telling. Oh, here is a look from the back deck of new place. Enjoy.
