I have to love mine. Why you ask. Because he is so damn cute, sweet, adorable, helpful, considerate, and sometimes a real pain.
He has spent the past two and a half days trying to fix my over the hill almost dead pc. Now don't misunderstand me, that's what he does for a living except on a much bigger scale than one lone pc. What this has resulted in is that for two and a half days using the damn thing has been a hit or miss endeavor. Normally that wouldn't be a big problem but I'm trying to get my next book ready for the publisher by this weekend and when I can't get to my pc then that makes doing anything with the confounded thing a bit hard. There is also the fact that in his enthusiastic desire to help me he has upgraded a lot of the programs on the crazy, temperamental pos and now I'm having to learn to do a lot of things in a new and different way. Hey, have you heard the old adage "you can't teach an old dog new tricks? I'm one day older than dirt. The only thing older than me around here I think is this damn pc. Moses gave it to me after he copied the Ten Commandments down on the damn thing and I think it was a second hand model when he got it. But getting back to my husband, yes I have to love him because he is so damn cute, sweet, adorable, helpful, considerate, and very rarely a pain in my bottom. Oh for anyone interested hopefully the new book will be available by this weekend. Look for the follow up to Blood Lines 'The Curse' - Blood Lines 'Buried Treasure'
