Not one explanation to what happened or what the other person's video was about. I never got to see their video although they were allowed to go over mine. I still feel this is a one sided affair. These people tied my video up for over a flipping month but 'Oh well it sucks to be you" I guess is there attitude.
Everyone deserves to be treated fairly but as we all know that is seldom the way it goes. I know this and at this point in my life I should be used to it but sometimes it just pisses me off. I have the unbelievable desire to take a picture of a certain finger making the one finger salute and posting it at the end of this little rant with YouTube's name as well as the three companies who's videos caused this.
Speaking of that salute makes me smile. It brings to mind my dear old mother and the first time I ever saw her do it. I laughed so hard I nearly wet myself. It wasn't that this dear, sweet, kind, endearing, gentle, southern born, grey headed old lady had done something so out of character but also the way she did it. She had to bend all the fingers over not involved in that particular maneuver and hold the three unused fingers down with her thumb. She then processed to shake it at the recipient, probably me but it's been so long ago who can remember, in a herky jerky manner that looked more spastic than intentional. Along with this unforeseen production from my dear sweet saintly old mother was a look that would rival any temper tantrum throwing four year old. The creased brow, not from age but her mood, the cringed up nose, the tightly pursed lips, and the fires of hell blazing fury from her still very bright blue eyes. How could I not laugh.
So maybe something good did come out of all this. If not one of her more loving moments it brought to mind a moment when she made me laugh and that makes me smile.
I love you Mom.
